3. Protect your eyes from the sun. Frequent sun exposure will tan your face, but the skin under your eyes tends to darken more.  Wearing sunglasses will help protect the tender skin around your eyes and will also help you to squint less...thus helping to reduce eye wrinkles.  You can also try using a mild sun screen product made for sensitive skin.

4. Maintain your overall health.  Puffiness around your eyes and dark circles may be caused by insufficient vitamins and minerals in your diet.  Make sure your diet includes green leafy vegetables like spinach and cabbage, or take a vitamin supplement that includes B12 and K.

5. Drink lots of water. Good for you anyway, adequate water consumption aids in proper blood circulation, which in turn will keep the large amount of blood vessels around your eyes in healthy condition.

6. Try using eye cream.  Apply an eye cream that is high in vitamin K and retinol.  Daily use will help reduce the bags and dark circles around your eyes.  Alfred & Hoff specializes in men's eye cream.  Click on their link below to find out more:

7. Seek advice from a pro.  If your home eye care is not giving you good results, try seeking the advice of a dermatologist.  You may have other health problems (like allergies) that are contributing to the dark circles or bags under your eyes.  You may need prescription strength eye cream, or more drastic measures.
